Paperboy started from a story we kept hearing.
About an old men’s underwear brand from the 1950s.
A brand that started life as a humble London tailor’s shop.
A shop that had been secretly styling men for, some say fifty, sixty, or a hundred years before it got it’s name.
People talked about it like it was a rumour.
The finest clothes hand delivered by the morning paper boy... The best of the best. Garments that your grandfather and his grandfather before him swore by.
But no one had seen or heard of it in years.
They said the boxers were unreal.
Cotton so soft, like a cloud. Understated and cool.
But made with a quiet confidence only true craftsmanship can design.
Clothing for the coolest, not the most ostentatious. For James dean or Steve Mcqueen. Clothing Sinatra would’ve worn, without ever mentioning it…
We heard that then one day, the brand just… disappeared.
No goodbye.
No announcement.
Just disappeared.
Taking effortless cool with it. But the feeling stayed.
The mix of elegance and mischief.
The marriage of comfort and charm.
Mystery and taste.
So we wanted to bring it back. Not as a revival.
But as a continuation. To pick up the thread others left behind.
These new Paperboy boxers are our love letter to an era that still lives in people today.
To clothes that fit with ease. That compliment your body.
Everything we make is made to feel considered and effortless.
Like something you’d only tell your closest friend about.
We hope you like them.
We made them with a lot of care and honestly, a lot of joy.
On our socials you may see us thread a line between now and then. To fill in moments, now lost in time, with our own stories. We hope you enjoy the journey as much as we do. Because no more tears in the rain…
Long live Paperboy.
